Conferences for the environment failed! Why?

                            Many of the proposals for the environment settled in:

The Rio or the Johannesburg conference,

Barcelona convention for protection,

biological weapons convention,

Cartagena protocol on bio safety ,

Montreal protocol
Stockholm conference
Kyoto protocol

…. and others thousands and thousand conferences didn't work.

They didn't center the goal despite their good proposals. Today the world has so many problems that we just can't count them! For example: the melting of glaciers, floodings, earthquakes, poverty, global warming, illiteracy, wars, world hunger, the growing population, malnutrition, violence, murders, famine, unemployment ... Why didn't these conferences work? Why are we in such a trouble today? Will children have a safe future? Well, the problem today is selfishness, most of the people who have a lot of power in their hands don't take any care. History teaches us that when people have power they always change. Maybe before becoming Kings, Presidents or Prime Ministers they had a lot of good proposals, but money changed their behavior. Were all these conferences a failure? Well not completely. Some examples are the issuance of rights for people benefits! They tried to change the actual situation, but really few things are done. For example only few days ago ONU says “There is worse to come” . Studies confirm that by the end of this century degrees raise about 4 or plus degrees. So that will produce a lot of problems in future. If this conferences will adopt appropriate measures we will have benefits after 2050, if not things will get worse and worse.It's hard to say, but these conferences are only a waste of time, energy, money and hope.
